Refund Policy

At Wally Academy, we strive to provide high-quality courses and training programs. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund request arises. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1. All payments made for courses are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
1.2. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If you were charged twice for the same course.
  • If Wally Academy fails to deliver the course after payment has been confirmed.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

2.1. Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind after purchasing a course.
  • If you fail to complete or access the course due to personal reasons.
  • If your account is suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

3. Refund Process

3.1. If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of payment.
3.2. Provide proof of payment and a detailed explanation of your refund request.
3.3. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.

4. Course Access & Cancellations

4.1. Once access to a course has been granted, refunds will not be issued.
4.2. Wally Academy reserves the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected users will receive a full refund or course credit.
